I found this course to be very beneficial since it helped me in improving many skills such as my interview skills, meeting skills, presentation skills and research skills. This course played out positively in enhancing my English language, it also made me aware of things I was not aware of such as the correct academic methods of using resources. However this course was not just useful in the case of improving my academic skills but in improving my interacting and communication skills as well. After being put in a group I learned how to interact with group members which made me more outgoing. I also gained more confidence after being interviewed, as well as acknowledging how to overcome struggles. So in this report I will discuss what I did in this course and how did it benefit me.
First our first objective was learning how to make a professional Curriculum Vita. I did Curriculum Vita and had some problem in my first draft, but in my second Curriculum Vita I fixed my mistakes and had a perfect professional Curriculum Vita.
Second I have been interviewed by my group members, and I interview my group members as well. This have improved my confident of myself and taught me how to act in future when I be in interview.
Third we did a group project, and a presentation of our project. This have improved my research and writing and presentation skills. This was really important task, because it improved my speaking to audience skills, because I feel myself now more better and confident to speak in front of audience.
This Course was really useful specially to us students, because it focus on situations that we will face after graduating. So it make us ready to be involved at the work environment, and make us to improve and to be successful in future.
